Questions
What counts as an impression?
An impression is one popup shown to one visitor, counted at most once per popup per visitor session. Pageloads, form submits and leads never count, so a busy site with a well-targeted popup stays cheap.
What happens when I reach my quota?
You get an email and a dashboard banner at 80%. At 100% your popups pause until your next usage period starts or you upgrade. Your popups, sites and leads are kept.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 5,000 impressions a month on one site, with lead capture, CSV export and email alerts. No card is needed to start.
How do I add Pupop to my website?
Paste one async script tag into your site's HTML, on any platform that lets you add a script: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix or hand-written pages. Popups you publish appear without touching your site again.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Billing in the dashboard. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, and annual billing saves about two months.
Is Pupop GDPR and PDPA friendly?
Pupop records the exact consent wording each visitor saw beside whether they ticked it, and offers a data processing agreement to every customer. Halfborg Software is based in Singapore.
